Les Galipages Blanc de Blancs

A Testament to Terroir and Elegance

Les Galipages Blanc de Blancs embodies the essence of exceptional winemaking, crafted exclusively from the finest Chardonnay grapes. This sparkling wine showcases the delicate balance between freshness and complexity, a hallmark of its esteemed origins in the heart of Champagne.

Terroir and Viticulture

Les Galipages Blanc de Blancs is sourced from vineyards situated in premier crus, where the unique combination of chalky soils and a temperate climate allows the Chardonnay grapes to thrive. The meticulous vineyard management practices, including sustainable farming techniques, ensure that the grapes develop their full potential, leading to a wine of remarkable character.

Vinification Process

The vinification of Les Galipages Blanc de Blancs begins with hand-harvesting the grapes at optimal ripeness. After a gentle pressing, the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the grapes’ fresh aromas. Following fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, which softens the acidity and adds complexity.

This cuvée is aged on its lees for an extended period, allowing the wine to develop a rich texture and nuanced flavors before the second fermentation in the bottle. The result is a refined sparkling wine that captures the purity of Chardonnay.
