Food pairing

This wine pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes but shines alongside fruit-based desserts, creamy ice creams, and traditional Christmas treats. It is also an excellent base for inventive cocktails.

Best served chilled between 8-10°C in a cup-shaped glass to best appreciate its aromatic richness. While Moscato d’Asti is best enjoyed fresh, it should be stored in a cool, dark wine cellar to maintain its delicate flavors and aromatics.

Exclusively produced in the picturesque southern regions of Piedmont, spanning 52 select villages across Asti, Alessandria, and Cuneo, the Dogliotti 1870 Moscato d'Asti is a celebration of the Moscato Bianco grape. This light-bodied, semi-sparkling wine delights with its aromatic bouquet and an alcohol content pleasantly poised between 5-8% ABV, making it a delightful choice for those new to wine or looking for a gentler sip.

The color of our Moscato d'Asti is a clear, straw yellow with hints of gold, reflecting the quality of the vineyards and the meticulous care in grape selection. The nose is a fragrant array of orange blossom, honeysuckle, and almond, with a zesty hint of ginger. Underpinning these are the dominant aromas of green grapes, accented by citrus and ripe peach, creating a compelling invitation to taste.
