Tasting notes

Delicate, floral, intense, ample, and persistent aromas.

Fresh, fruity, full, complex, dry, and harmonious.

Food pairing

A selection of cured meats, such as prosciutto, salami, and bresaola, pairs beautifully with the wine's fruity and fresh characteristics.

Mild and semi-aged cheeses, such as Fontina, Gorgonzola dolce, or Pecorino, complement the wine's acidity and fruitiness.

Pasta with tomato-based sauces, like spaghetti pomodoro or lasagna, works well with the wine's vibrant fruit profile.

DOLCETTO D’ALBA - DOC

Each hill, even each vineyard, produces its own particular “Dolcetto,” with well-differentiated and easily identifiable characteristics. It is due to the particular composition of the soil of our Langhe, rich in mineral salts, that the Dolcetto of these areas, in addition to a remarkable structure, possesses a vinosity and a great wealth of gustatory and olfactory sensations that differentiate and characterize it.
